Introducing Our New ISO Tank Container Cleaning Hub in Malaysia
Our facility will have 16 bays for cleaning for quick turnaround as we are equipped to handle multiple tank cleaning simultaneously. Our depot flooring is equipped with full interlocking and concrete flooring. We also accept equipment for short to medium term storage.
From minor fixes to comprehensive repairs, our skilled technicians will ensure your tanks are in top condition as our facility has a dedicated repair workshop. We will be using the latest cleaning technology to ensure that your ISO tank containers are cleaned thoroughly and safely.

1. Depot Services
Cleaning (Internal & External body cleaning):
NWT can handle a variety of tank cleaning jobs (such as isotank containers, road tankers, IBC tanks, silos, offshore equipment, and machinery, and so on). Last cargo products are as follows.
- Palm-derived products: Palm oil, cooking oil, soya bean oil, and Kosher certification are all examples.
- General Cargo
- Petroleum base products include base oil, engine oils, lubricant oil, and additives as well as acids and solvents.
- Other flammables (Class 3)
- Other corrosives (Class 8)
- Other hazardous substances (Class 9)
2. Testing
Capable to do varies type of testing such as:
- Pneumatic test
- Periodical Hydrostatic Pressure Test
- Non-destructive Test (NDT) including DPT, MPI, Radiographic Test (RT)
- Load Test for offshore equipment
- Lining Spark Test for acid tanks.
- Valve sealing test
3. Repairing
NWT can provide the highest level of technical repair services that are fully compliant with International Tank Container Organization @ ITCO standards, DNV & ASME.
- Frame repair, including metal cutting and class welding, insertion, and sectioning.
- Barrel repair services include realignment, shell straightening, shell insertion, mounting repairs, interior rust and pitting repairs, and surface repairs such as grinding, polishing, and pickling/passivation.
- Steam tube maintenance
- General repairs, such as decal/logo renewal, walkway, and ladder repair, and so on
- Modification engineering work Valve testing, calibration, repair, and replacement
4. Specialized works at workshop
We are capable do to the followings specialize jobs:
- New and modification of ground level operated piping
- Upgrade tanks from T11 to T14.
- Refurbish the whole unit.
- Cladding & insulation repair
- Insulation repair and refurbishing
- Total or partial recladding works
- Reconditioning paintwork
5. Other Value-Added Services
- Cargo heating: Perform cargo heating before customer send for discharging
- Trans-loading: One tank to another, Iso to IBC and Flexitank
- Trucking services for local & Outstation.
- Decanting to drum/IBC
- Full drumming services
- External on-site inspection/repair services
- Laden storage
- Trained Emergency Response Team (ERT) for spillage and mechanism faulty / rectification services.
